scheduled for April 9-11, 2010 in Los Angeles, pre-event publicity is important to our success. A national news release has been sent to the Los Angeles area and national media, but we need your Chapter's support in reaching media at the "grassroots" level. Take advantage of this great promotional opportunity for your chapter! Contact your local media outlets providing them with the Nationals press release -- our DanceSport couples ARE LOCAL and the media in their hometowns will be very interested in their stories as they prepare to compete at the highest amateur level -- The Nationals. The Nationals news release can be sent to your local media with a note from you telling them about your local couples and chapter support of dancesport. Local media representatives will like the story angles of competing athletes of all ages, of our pursuit for DanceSport as a future Olympic medal sport and that Nationals will showcase "America's Best" dancers -- the "real life Dancing Stars".
